Returns & Guarantees Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES.
Items purchased from Ghazi must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of shipment, in order to receive a refund. Please note: the shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items can only be exchanged and not refunded.
EXCHANGES ON CLOTHING ITEMS
Not the correct size? Let us know! You have up to 3 days to return your item. Please see above for the condition your clothing must be in. Please do not harm your poor clothing! We would like to receive it back in the condition that we have sent it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ghazionline.co.uk to let us know the product is on its way (prior to sending it, so we know we have the correct size in stock for the exchange). what you would like to exchange it for and we will respond with the return address information. There is a possibility another size may not be in stock, or may not be available again. You will be responsible for shipping cost for the exchange.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
